Gebhardt Automotive, Inc. (dba Gebhardt BMW, Gebhardt Saab and Gebhardt Volkswagen) and Gebhardt European Autos, Inc. (dba Porsche of Boulder) complies with our Manufacturers agreements that clearly prohibit our dealerships from selling new vehicles for resale within the United States or for resale or use outside the United States. We do not accept solicitations from Brokers or Leasing Companies who do not follow these guidelines. New vehicles purchased from Gebhardt Automotive, Inc. and Gebhardt European Autos, Inc. must be sold and delivered directly to the end user. Additionally, these guidelines apply to individuals who intend to resale new vehicles for export.
